What’s the best city to start a modeling career?

I’ve been modeling now for the past 7 years although I’ve had some success I’m ready to take my career to the next level.  It’s seems like my career has stalled here in Chicago and I know it’s time to make a move if I’m going to make it in this career field.  So I wanted to put a feeler out here to get some feedback…  Thanks
